Intel finally reveals a real image of an Alder Lake CPU, leaving renders behind

After many leaks and rendered, Intel finally revealed the first official image of a 12th Gen base processor on Twitter.

Executive Vice President and General Manager of Intel Gregory Customer Group Mr. Bryant published a Tweet of a factory engineer holding two lake processors in Alnettes. There have been no changes between this design and the first engineering sample fled nearly a year. This last design has apparently been shipped to the partners, who started the transition from ES3 (engineering sample 3) to qualification samples (QS) since September.

Some Intel Alder Lake information has already been revealed via a leak roadmap that details the mobile chips that will follow these desktops. The S-Series chip indicated in the image, however, was stormed by Intel itself several times in the last year. It’s just that we finally see it.

The 12th Gen Core series retail box was also disclosed online because CPUs hit the Chinese black market.

The transformers of Alder Lake 12th generation will probably be announced on October 28 at its innovation event. This date has not been confirmed by Intel, but since MSI has disclosed the launch date of the 12th generation via an AIO cooler upgrade kit, it’s quite sure to assume that we will see these processors very soon .
